Extended warranty
Is the manufacturer warranty ending? The contract can include a warranty extension, subject to the terms, exclusions and limits written in your offer.
Regular maintenance
Scheduled visits, with a visit report after each one.
Parts in stock
Depending on the model, common parts are kept in stock to limit your machine's downtime.
What your offer states
Every contract is written for your machines. The offer states in black and white:
- the machines covered, with model and serial number
- the duration and the frequency of visits
- what is included, parts and travel
- the yearly price excluding VAT, and the clause that allows it to be adjusted

Can I add a machine to an existing contract?
Yes. We add the machine to your contract and send you an amendment.
What happens when the warranty ends?
We send you an All-in-One offer before the end date, so that your machine is never left without cover.
And in case of a breakdown?
Call us or open a request in the portal: we set the date of the visit.
The exact terms, the machines covered and the price are in the written offer. Prices are stated excluding VAT and may be adjusted under the contract's adjustment clause.
