Frequently asked questions
When is a part included?
Small standard parts and everyday consumables are included in the contract price, so there are no small invoices. Major parts that need replacing are not included: they are quoted separately.
What does a maintenance visit cover?
Inspection of the machine and its safety devices, lubrication and adjustments, replacement of worn parts when needed, according to the contract terms, and a visit report with our recommendations. Travel and labour are included for the services covered by the contract.
