Which data and why
When you fill in a form we receive your name, company, email, phone and message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to carry out the contract.
Where the data is kept
Requests are processed in our Odoo management system (Odoo.sh), operated by Odoo SA as our processor. We do not send your data to advertisers and we do not sell it.
Retention
We keep requests for up to three years after the last contact, unless the law requires or a justified need calls for longer retention. Accounting documents are in principle kept for ten years, as the law requires.
Cookies and statistics
This site uses only Odoo's technical cookies (language, time zone, display theme) and an Odoo visit identifier, used for our internal statistics. It uses no advertising and no third-party analytics service, and it loads no font or script from Google.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to info@hagrec.ch. We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
