This Product Risk & Safety Statement (“Statement”) provides essential safety information for the proper use, storage, handling, and limitations of Hagrec Products, including cosmetics, ingestibles, devices, wellness tools, consumables, and accessories.

By purchasing or using any Product, the user (“Customer”) acknowledges and accepts the risks described in this Statement.

1. GENERAL SAFETY NOTICE

1.1 All Products must be used strictly as instructed and only for their intended purpose.

1.2 Improper use may cause irritation, injury, contamination, equipment damage, or health risks.

1.3 Customers assume all risks associated with misuse, improper handling, modification, or failure to follow instructions.

1.4 Nothing in this document constitutes medical, dermatological, nutritional, therapeutic, legal, engineering, or professional advice.

2. INDIVIDUAL BIOLOGICAL VARIABILITY

2.1 Each person’s biology—skin, digestion, sensitivities, immune system, and hormonal state—is unique.

2.2 Because of this, results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

2.3 Reactions may occur because of:

  • allergies
  • sensitivities or intolerances
  • medications or supplements
  • underlying medical conditions
  • hormonal fluctuations
  • misuse or overuse

3. ALLERGEN & IRRITATION RISKS

3.1 Depending on the formulation, some Products may cause:

  • itching or stinging
  • dryness, inflammation, or discomfort
  • digestive upset (for ingestible items)

3.2 Patch testing is strongly recommended for cosmetics and topical products.

3.3 Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

4. FOOD, INGESTIBLE & COSMETIC SAFETY

4.1 Ingestible, topical, and cosmetic Products must be stored, applied, and consumed only as instructed.

4.2 Do not use Products that are:

  • expired
  • unsealed or previously opened
  • damaged
  • improperly stored or exposed to contamination

4.3 Do not mix Products unless explicitly instructed. Unexpected reactions may occur — some of which may be severe or life-threatening. Always perform a patch test and discontinue use if any discomfort arises.

4.4 Products are not medical treatments and must not be used to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease or condition.

5. STORAGE & ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS

5.1 Products may degrade or become unsafe when exposed to: heat, freezing, humidity, direct sunlight, condensation, contaminated environments (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens). Always follow storage instructions provided on the Product packaging or label.

5.2 The Company is not liable for degradation, spoilage, contamination, or performance issues arising from improper storage, transport, or environmental exposure.

6. CONTAMINATION PREVENTION

6.1 To prevent contamination, do not expose Products to: dirty tools or surfaces, wet or unwashed hands, water infiltration, foreign substances, non-approved containers, or shared applicators (e.g., brushes, spatulas, droppers).

6.2 Once contaminated, a Product may become unsafe and must be discarded.

6.3 Contaminated Products are not eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty claims.

7. DEVICE & EQUIPMENT SAFETY

7.1 Devices must not be disassembled, modified, or repaired by the Customer.

7.2 Keep devices away from: liquids, heat sources, high pressure or impacts, abrasive or unstable surfaces, and children (unless explicitly designed for child use).

7.3 Only Company-approved accessories, power supplies, and components may be used.

7.4 Incorrect use may void warranty and pose safety risks.

8. AI-RELATED RISKS

8.1 AI-generated suggestions are informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.

8.2 AI outputs must not replace medical, dietary, safety, or professional advice.

8.3 The Customer is fully responsible for verifying any AI-generated suggestion before applying it to Products or personal routines. AI outputs may not be context-aware, may lack real-time data, or may not account for your specific health or environmental conditions.

8.4 The Company disclaims all liability for harm arising from reliance on AI outputs.

9. VULNERABLE POPULATIONS

Products are not intended for:

  • infants or young children
  • pregnant individuals
  • breastfeeding individuals
  • immunocompromised individuals
  • individuals with significant allergies or chronic conditions

unless explicitly stated as safe for these groups.

Special caution and professional guidance are recommended.

10. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • no guarantee of specific or uniform results is provided.
  • performance may vary based on individual biology, environment, storage, and usage
  • natural variation in texture, colour, scent, or performance is normal and not a defect
  • perceived effectiveness varies between individuals
  • no outcome is assured or warranted

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must:

  • read and follow all Product instructions and labels, including ingredient lists. Do not use if allergic to any listed ingredient
  • respect warnings, contraindications, and compatibility notes
  • avoid altering, heating, mixing, diluting, or repackaging Products
  • store Products properly and safely
  • discontinue use immediately if adverse reactions occur
  • seek medical attention for severe reactions

The Customer is responsible for safe, appropriate use of all Products.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 The Company is not liable for harm, damage, or adverse reactions arising from: misuse, incorrect handling, non-compliant application, improper storage, transport, or exposure to extreme temperatures, mixing or altering Products, contamination (internal or external), ignoring instructions, contraindications, or warnings, environmental exposure, use with non-approved tools, accessories, or chemicals, or reliance on third-party tools, services, or AI outputs.

12.2 Mandatory consumer rights under Swiss or applicable EU/UK law remain unaffected.
