📜 WARRANTY
POLICY

English is the sole legally binding version. Translations are provided only for convenience.
1. SCOPE
1.1 This Warranty Policy applies to all physical Products sold by the Company.
1.2 It does not apply to:
- software, digital goods, AI features, SaaS subscriptions, or any hosted or cloud-based service — unless explicitly stated in writing
- consumables, ingredients, powders, liquids, or perishables
- cosmetics, food, ingestible or wellness products once opened
- Products altered, contaminated, disassembled, or
modified
unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. WARRANTY
PERIOD
2.1 Hardware and devices include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
2.2 Consumables, cosmetics, wellness items and food products carry no warranty once opened, due to hygiene, safety and regulatory considerations.
2.3 Natural variation in texture, color, viscosity, or scent — as described in the Product’s specifications or packaging — is not a defect.
3. WHAT THE
WARRANTY COVERS
The warranty covers manufacturing defects present at delivery and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable, including:
- faulty materials
- production or assembly defects
- internal component failures
The Company will, at its sole discretion:
- repair the Product, or
- replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or
- provide store credit or a refund
No other remedy is available unless required by mandatory law.
4. WHAT THE
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:
4.1 Misuse or mishandling
- improper storage
- excessive force, drops, impact
- electrical or mechanical abuse
4.2 Environmental exposure
- heat, freezing, moisture, oxidation
- contamination by liquids, oils, powders, dirt, or chemicals
- insects or pests
4.3 Modification or unauthorized repair
- opening or disassembling the Product
- use of non-approved accessories, spare parts, or chemicals
4.4 Normal wear and tear
- cosmetic scratches, dents
- material aging
- discoloration from use or sun exposure
4.5 Biological variability
For cosmetics, wellness, topical or ingestible items:
- skin reactions
- sensitivities, irritations
- allergic responses
- variation in perceived effectiveness
These are not defects and are not covered.
5. WARRANTY
PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide:
- proof of purchase
- batch/lot or serial number
- description of the issue
- photos or videos if requested
We will respond within 5 business days to confirm whether the claim is eligible. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
6. WARRANTY
REMEDIES & LIMITATIONS
6.1 Warranty coverage is limited strictly to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
6.2 The Company is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of business, profit, data, or reputation
- damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or modification, or
- any failure of website, cloud, or
- SaaS functionality unless covered by a written SLA.
6.3 Replacement Products do not restart the warranty period.
They continue with the remaining time of the original warranty.
6.4 Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
